Can you legally marry us?

Yes I can. I am a HSE Registered Solemniser with Entheos and I am can legally solemnise your marriage 7 days a week.

How is Entheos listed on the HSE Register of Solemnisers?

People can include whatever they wish in their ceremony, whether they follow a particular faith path or not. Therefore, Entheos is listed on the HSE register as religious (non-denominational), allowing the freedom to include religious content for those who would like to and none for those who don’t.

Is there anything I must include in my ceremony?

The only part that I must include to make the ceremony legal, is that you agree “to accept each other as spouse” and that “you do not know of any impediment to the marriage”. The Marriage Referendum Form (“Green Folder”) is also signed on the day.

How do we register our Intent to Marry?

In Ireland, all couples must register their Intent to Marry with the HSE Civil Registration Service, no less than 3 months before their wedding date. You must both attend an in-person meeting, where you bring along the necessary documentation. You will then be given your Marriage Registration Form (MRF) in a green folder, which you will bring with you on your wedding day. This is signed during your ceremony, and it is then your responsibility to return it to the HSE Civil Registration office within 30 days of your ceremony and they will issue your marriage certificate.

Can you perform a non-legal wedding ceremony?

Yes, absolutely. I will write and deliver your personalised wedding ceremony, including any ceremony enhancements, and just omit the legal parts.
